Welcome to the Psy Compo!
There is not much to say about this except for the rules i think..or wait.. let us ask wikipedia on that matter:

"Psychedelic trance, psytrance or just psy (derived from the Ancient Greek word ψυχή "psyche", mind; soul; breath; spirit^[2]) is a form of electronic music characterized by hypnotic arrangements of synthetic rhythms and complex layered melodies created by high tempo riffs.^{[citation needed]} It appeared in the mainstream in 1995^{[citation needed]} as with reporting of the trend of Goa trance. The genre offers variety in terms of mood, tempo, and style. Some examples include full on, dark, progressive, suomi, psybreaks and psybient. Goa Trance continues to develop alongside the sub genres."

• write a Psy/Psytrance/Goa tune
• you might write a remix of a scene tune, which is from a different genre
• song length must not exceed 10 minutes - we want to add the tracks to the radio
• you may submit as many entries as you want
• Deadline is: 17.02.2013 23:59:59 (this is a sunday!)
• Voting Deadline will be: 24.02.2013 23:59:59
• upload the track before the deadline here on this site
• don't publish your track until voting is over
• upload your tune as mp3
• make it sound awesome
